I found this after usual clearing med was taken down. At first i had a headache. Have had pain in shoulder and between shoulders. I felt to put my phone on varous chakra points, shoulders and center of my back. It came to me that i had been stabbed in the back by a person at work. (this has happened before) i was unaware at the time but a friend informed and removed it. Today i am pain free, thankyou so very much. I have started to pass on to others and will continue to do so. Remember it's takes time don't expect results in a day or two if u got it bad it will take a while. Also if u have entity attachments they won't just leave and never come back. No they attach cause u have too many emotional wounds. But never fear they can't stay or touch u if ur happy or working out. (They hate endorphins.) I coughed too!!! Then felt nauseous... Years ago, my Aunt (a self proclaimed witch) cursed me as a child - I found a doll that represented me, & it had pins in the head, throat & stomach! I had become sickly after meeting her for the 3rd time... When I was a baby in my crib a black mass/cloud hovered over me 2×'s that my Mom had seen. Another time, yrs later, my sister was in a comma & was fighting for her life, & my aunt said it should be me & not her (she favored my sister) & as the family gathered in a prayer circle, she sat next to me & let go of my hand, she put her hand on my knee, made a devil sign & breathed real heavy & grumbled different words under her voice (sounded like gibberish, but her voice was in her throat - almost sounded like gurgling) after my Mom & I left the hospital to get much needed sleep, we were driving home, it was a beautiful spring night, but a storm came out of no-where & a car passed right through our car, I could see the man's eyes were full of fear (freaking out), & he was screaming as he came right through my car door & passed right through us!!! My Mom & I screamed too!!! It was a miracle we didnt crash &/or die that night, "Thank God!" My Aunt was trying to work her magic & sacrifice me for my sister. God was on our side for sure! On Easter morning my sister came out of her coma... my aunt did not have to sacrifice anyone because God was planning on saving my sister anyway! HE HAD OTHER PLANS! Faith is Really Something!!! I've got spirit all around me , being an Empath. I live in an old Victorian apartment on top of shops. There are some negative spirits here, that try touching my back when I'm sleeping or trying to sleep. Why it's always when I lay down they start touching my back. Its a weird feeling, I don't know what they are trying to do, but I just want to get some sleep! I've asked them to leave because they're not welcome here and only family and divine light are permitted to be around me, everyone else must go becy they serve no purpose here and this is now where I live and sleep and they need to respect that. That's so crazy you say that bc i always tell people that i feel like for some reason they never come into the room that I'm staying in. I bounce around a lot and stay in a lot of places that have spirits lurking around and they will taunt me and fuck with me from a different room in the house or even outside my bedroom windows. But they never come into the room I'm staying in. I can't see them - mainly bc i refuse to allow myself to. But i FEEL them and i sometimes feel like i can hear their thoughts inside my head or can communicate with them in my mind. But they really get on my fucking nerves bc i constantly have to get up to check and make sure it's not some person in my house robbing me or about to try and kill me .. notice i said TRY... cuz it'll be a bad mf day for anyone who ever did TRY! If there's one thing i hate more than anything else, it's someone or something trying to punk me or make me look like a fool. I have always known my power. I doubt myself sometimes when it comes to doing things to better my life but a lot of that stems from lack of motivation and energy so it's easier to convince myself that it won't make a difference to do something.. even tho i KNOW it will! I need this frequency to work for me bc I'm just literally sitting here letting life pass me by and i am paralyzed by anxiety over every little thing. It's only getting worse every day to the point that i don't even want to come out of the bedroom to go to the bathroom if there's anyone that i could potentially pass or have to speak with on my way there or back to the bedroom. Its even worse when it comes to talking on the phone. I found this after usual clearing med was taken down.
At first i had a headache. Have had pain in shoulder and between shoulders. I felt to put my phone on varous chakra points, shoulders and center of my back. It came to me that i had been stabbed in the back by a person at work. (this has happened before) i was unaware at the time but a friend informed and removed it.

I'm playing this on my earphones and laid down. About 30 min into listening I dozed off to sleep but soon woke up because I felt I was struggling to breathe. I wasn't fully awake when I felt this explosion of bubble like energy or force thing that even lifted my covers around me. I'm shook! Dunno what was that, but sure glad it's gone! I woke up immediately after that and realised I was shallow breathing and my heart was beating so so fast! I wasn't dreaming and I wasn't imagining it either! Years ago, my Aunt (a self proclaimed witch) cursed me as a child - I found a doll that represented me, & it had pins in the head, throat & stomach!
I had become sickly after meeting her for the 3rd time... When I was a baby in my crib a black mass/cloud hovered over me 2×'s that my Mom had seen.
Another time, yrs later, my sister was in a comma & was fighting for her life, & my aunt said it should be me & not her (she favored my sister) & as the family gathered in a prayer circle, she sat next to me & let go of my hand, she put her hand on my knee, made a devil sign & breathed real heavy & grumbled different words under her voice (sounded like gibberish, but her voice was in her throat - almost sounded like gurgling) after my Mom & I left the hospital to get much needed sleep, we were driving home, it was a beautiful spring night, but a storm came out of no-where & a car passed right through our car, I could see the man's eyes were full of fear (freaking out), & he was screaming as he came right through my car door & passed right through us!!! My Mom & I screamed too!!!
It was a miracle we didnt crash &/or die that night, "Thank God!" My Aunt was trying to work her magic & sacrifice me for my sister. God was on our side for sure!
On Easter morning my sister came out of her coma... my aunt did not have to sacrifice anyone because God was planning on saving my sister anyway! HE HAD OTHER PLANS! Faith is Really Something!!!

After only 10 min (listening in headphones for me, and on my sound bar in the living room) I feel calm. I've got spirit all around me , being an Empath. I live in an old Victorian apartment on top of shops. There are some negative spirits here, that try touching my back when I'm sleeping or trying to sleep. Why it's always when I lay down they start touching my back. Its a weird feeling, I don't know what they are trying to do, but I just want to get some sleep! I've asked them to leave because they're not welcome here and only family and divine light are permitted to be around me, everyone else must go becy they serve no purpose here and this is now where I live and sleep and they need to respect that. I've tried praying to get rid of them and asking protection from the angels , particularly Gabriel, I pray and ask for his protection from these spirits , whatever they are trying to do around me. I got the similar feeling of explosion of bubble like of energy or force leaving me, while I shout go away in my dream. And then I woke up with positive feeling.

This sound did help alot....unfortunately I do live in an environment with people who are not completely healed internally. So there is alot of conflict around me...however once I played this sound it's like there was a shift in the atmosphere within 5-10 minutes, as of now it has been peaceful for the past 30 min now. That's so crazy you say that bc i always tell people that i feel like for some reason they never come into the room that I'm staying in. I bounce around a lot and stay in a lot of places that have spirits lurking around and they will taunt me and fuck with me from a different room in the house or even outside my bedroom windows. But they never come into the room I'm staying in. I can't see them - mainly bc i refuse to allow myself to. But i FEEL them and i sometimes feel like i can hear their thoughts inside my head or can communicate with them in my mind. But they really get on my fucking nerves bc i constantly have to get up to check and make sure it's not some person in my house robbing me or about to try and kill me .. notice i said TRY... cuz it'll be a bad mf day for anyone who ever did TRY! If there's one thing i hate more than anything else, it's someone or something trying to punk me or make me look like a fool. I have always known my power. I doubt myself sometimes when it comes to doing things to better my life but a lot of that stems from lack of motivation and energy so it's easier to convince myself that it won't make a difference to do something.. even tho i KNOW it will! I need this frequency to work for me bc I'm just literally sitting here letting life pass me by and i am paralyzed by anxiety over every little thing. It's only getting worse every day to the point that i don't even want to come out of the bedroom to go to the bathroom if there's anyone that i could potentially pass or have to speak with on my way there or back to the bedroom. Its even worse when it comes to talking on the phone. And my current potential relationship is slowly plummetting to it's demise because I'm a total DICK all the time for no reason at all and i can't even control it. Ill be sitting here thinking about how much i miss him and thinking about nice shit i wanna say and then when he gets here, i might say it but it'll be in the nastiest most ignorant way and I'm thinking to myself "wtf Joanie?! Stop being a dick" but its like i have no control over it.

Stay strong. You got his! Always remember, they need to pull us down to their level with fear and all sorts of negativity. If we observe and dont put our power in the thoughts and emotions, then they cant do anything.
The challange is to stay and remain aware and not loose yourself in it.
Afterall, they decided to dissconnect and take on a limited power from the universe. Its probably all unconcious, just like humans on this earth. But we, who go towrds love/light/awareness have unlimited Power in the Now. They don't want to go through they "bullshit" and thats why they pull on us, to keep running away from the light.
togheter we are even stronger, they fear that the most. You can see that in politics too, they too took on those energies that now rule their minds and emotions which then results in unconciouss physical action.
Much love to each and everyone that goes through this. We are all in this togehter, don't hide. Speak up, connect, pray for it and stay present, even if it gets a bit overwhelming sometimes... or even all the time. You can do it. The light always prevails.
