Slow, smooth and meaningful mouse movements should be used in instructional videos. Try to increase the size of your mouse cursor, or use a cursor highlighter with click animation. This facility comes free with most operating systems. I will need to see this video many times to properly understand it.
My biggest problem is that my options are absolute nothingness. When I clicked "Look" it doesn't show me anything. Also on the right side where Text, background, and stuff should appear, instead, it's just blank. I refreshed multiple times, it's still the same :')
I have tried, but I just can't figure out why anyone would want to consume or make this type of content. But it's definitely a big thing. Cool video, still.

I cant watch this. The Mouse movement is crazy and making me dizzy.
I wanted to watch your video for better understanding but the curser is moving non stop. It is very distracting.
It is a very good training video but your mice movement is too much and distrurbing hopefully you can adjusted.
