There is switch at back you can turn off all dj functions ... do it when there is no CD in deck ...
what do you mean with mk2? cdj 1000 is cdj 1000. I'm just wondering why do you buy cdj 1000 over 2000?
+koreamedia CDJ1000 is not a CDJ1000 there's a difference..for example..mk2 can't read .mp3 files but mk3 can...and mk3 has a knob to set the resistance on the platter..if you spin it it can stop fast or it can keep spinning for couple of seconds...
Mk 2 series more trouble free As I read I don't like MP3 so I bought these decks old cheap :) After cdj 200 only thing I missed effects
