What a lame introduction from Xoli i mean it’s shame
In retrospect, we're able to tell that he was unconsciously trying to give us the premises of the stupid questions he was about to ask. It's obvious that him and his bosses were trying to advance their narrative around Dali Mpofu, but unfortunately for them, Dali is an experienced as well as mature advocate who doesn't seek social media validation from people who don't understand the law. Hence he kept on correcting him that "I don't take up cases, they come to me and as I value human rights, I exercise my expertise to the service of the people of South Africa. "
Xoli is an imbecile! I share the same sentiments with those who say that Advocate Dali Mpofu here demonstrated to the public that the justice system in South Africa is captured.
I hope Xoli isn't the same person outside of his profession.
1. Human Rights are not a merit based system. Human Rights is a matter of the nation’s self-respect. 2. If ever we accept the majority argument that International human or political rights do not apply to South Africans due to a legislative technicality, then we must ask if we are willing to accept a two tier human rights regimes -one for the International human being and another for a South African human being. What on earth was wrong with apartheid then?

There is generally a poor understanding of the intersectionality of domestic law and international law by our judges. Or it could be that the judges could not have rescinded their own judgment without looking like twats.
