Why there are different policies by #PSP, this itself causes lack of clarity and appears to be act of benefitting PSP. why cant IRCTC issue agent subscription, why there is need to authorize third party with no standard policy and price cap for agents. #IRCTC policy makers should take this in cognizance for bringing uniformity and clarity in practice.
