Hmm I don’t have a CTO on hand to talk to, much less the money for one. Is this series for established, profitable businesses or is there an alternative that I missed?
Find a CTO at a startup networking event in your city. Lots of younger tech kids especially who have decent or amazing technical abilities and are young enough to try something full or part time. Sell them the idea and you’ll have your CTO.
Had to pause the video to say that this series is insane. I actually had no idea how I reach businesses, I did not know of products like listkit. Turns out they are like ZoomInfo, and I interviewed there, so it seems I had not idea what they were doing? XDD Thank you very much! Ok I can resume now
Do we need to drive traffic to our early bird form i mean the waitlist and build a email list and people will come sign up and give thier email and when the product is ready we gonna send them email and they gonna purchase a subscription am i right ?????
Hello Alex Sir, I've been following your SaaS insights for months and find them invaluable. I'm developing my own SaaS idea and would love your guidance. How can I reach you? I need guidance and suggestions so i can start working Thank you
Do u need a developer? I'm done working with Giant tech companies and I left my job there to join a small company or a startup. Lemme know if you need me.
Hey. I just wonder why there's no playlist for this SaaS plan. Im sure u know the important of making playlist towards ur current subscriber and potential subscribers
I didn’t want to bore you with me posting in Fb groups, more value in learning how to build an outbound list + write cold email script and that will actually bring in more customers long term
@@alex.heiden I get you for sure. Happens to be the exact step I'm at. Would love some resources on it if you ever find the time -- even screenshots or something, how to find groups. Love that kind of thing. Not boring at all imo. Following & recommending this case study -- appreciate you putting it together.
Agree with you brother and in addition to that delegating a big part of the work to a third party kind of made me stop watching. It's cheating, not all of us can do that :)
Okay, I'm gonna sign off, this is more like an entertaining series than a practical one, anyone trying to seriously build SaaS out there, please do not follow this guy, you're gonna just waste your time
@@alex.heiden Doesn't matter if you succeed or not, the guy is correct. The series is more for entertainment than for actual learning. There's not many people that can just call a full-time CTO out of the blue LOL... Also what's up with straight up lying about your product on cold emails? You seem to not have any prototype or anything to show but you state results like you have a product to show for?
Actually a legit question: if you send 10k emails per day, how scalable is even that? Three months like this would exhaust all your total addressable market, won't it?
Hey i have been in the trading space for quite some time now I wanna build a tarding software which helps them in technical anyalisis risk management etc Will i lt be better if i build a social media following and lauch this software or get started right now
I know it’ll get results and yes I incorporate and set up a biz bank acc before lol have fun selling a company when it started off running thru your personal bank

I really appreciate your content. Mostly youtubers make video for their startup and explain their journey without going into deep.

Another absolute banger brother! Great knowledge right here!
Thank you!!
Alex, this really inspired me. Thank you! So much more to learn from this than from courses or some blah blah talking on youtube.
Thanks for kind words
Love this series ..learning so much ..please continue making these
Week 3 coming out today!! Tell your friends hahah
Love watching this in real time man also since my SaaS in AI phone calling its perfect
LFG
Totally crazy! You will document all the step that you have mention in the last part or do in solitary with no video ?
Some of the boring stuff will be done off video
So much value in this vid/series holy

Amazing series Alex have followed you since your first or 2nd video if you remember haah
I do!! Thank you 🙏🏻
I love the vision! Would love to help you out in this project with the development side of things.
I have a CTO but thank you!
@@alex.heiden Is there anything else you guys need help with or I could even just help the CTO in his work? I would love to get involved.
Where are you based? I might have a dev gig for you.
I am 16 years old and want to learn the skills of owning and running a business. How did you learn and get started in the business world?
I’ve paid a lot of people to learn from them + trial and error through 5 years of experience
Hmm I don’t have a CTO on hand to talk to, much less the money for one. Is this series for established, profitable businesses or is there an alternative that I missed?
You can still follow along just learn how to build yourself on a no code tool
Find a CTO at a startup networking event in your city. Lots of younger tech kids especially who have decent or amazing technical abilities and are young enough to try something full or part time. Sell them the idea and you’ll have your CTO.
Ya but what about for beginners who don’t have the connections. Where do you look for employees and trustable people
When you’re a beginner you’ll do a lot on your own but use reputable hiring platforms
How does listkit come up with these leads immediately after the filter search ?
Hey @Alex what does your operating agreement look like. Possible to share that? Thanks

Yes exactly
You are going to write the whole software and test it in one week? Good luck.
No - it’s been in dev for weeks already
Hey Alex, can I add my own branding to a bubble template and sell it every month for recurring revenue?
You could in theory
Great Video! What do you guys mean by domain? Like a whole new domain with a slightly different name oder kind of subdomain?
Yeah just buy more domains and have them redirect to main domain so that way you never risk burning your main domain
Waiting for your next video.
Coming soon
No groups are letting me post, they all deny my posts 😢 and it's all a subtle post giving suggestions around my niche and at the end a link
Keep pushing
Post something unrelated to your business, and when they approve it, change it to the correct stuff
Can we connect I want to talk with youy
😊 great Alex. Lots to learn.
