Week In my Life: Jonas Brother's Concert, Health Updates, Prepping for Second Year of Medical School

Hi everyone! It has been a long time since I last uploaded. I started my second year of naturopathic medical school and it has been so crazy busy. I wanted to share this video of the last week of summer that I had even though it is now the fall. I had some hospital appointments, I was studying for my physical medicine practical exam, I went to the Jonas Brothers concert in Toronto, I hung out with friends, I prepped for the school year, I got a Naturamarket haul, and I went to the gym. I also included some fitness journey updates and hopefully some words of inspiration, words of hope at the end for anyone struggling with their health currently.
