Bought C40 Twin Ultimate two weeks ago. I love it! Mine has 20” alloys and black roof with Fjord blue metallic. And it is amazingly handsome car. ❤
You didn’t like that music ended when you step out of the car. I understood that the reason is that Volvo wants to make cars more simple to use, there is no start button because your butt activates engine. Ok no music when you’re around car but every day life is as easy as possible.
I beg to differ on the battery life. I drove for about 4 hours straight in a day. The next day I drove on 10% battery life for about another 45 min to 1 hour. So, I wouldn't fear pushing it if you have too. One caveat is finding an available charger within range. I recommend charging up at 20% to avoid the anxiety.
An excellent review. I recently purchased one and the only thing missing for me is a rear wash wipe. The technology is much easier to work compared with the BMW i4 M50 I have just sold. You don't have to turn off the lane keeping assist every time you set off and the music turning off when leaving the car would suit me.
Found a 2023 used with less than 6500 miles on it. Listed for less that $40000

I really like the look of this car, but looks are not enough to buy this as opposed to a Model Y. The Model Y is 48K with heated/memory seats, heated steering wheel, AWD, power liftgate, Navigation, Autopilot, and Sentry Mode (you can view the camera on your phone). You need to get the Ultimate trim of the C40 (62K) to get the same features as the Model Y. This makes the C40 14K more than the MY. It's hard to justify 14K for looks only. The C40 is at least 8K overpriced.
No it does not fall off it pulls straight through as it is fully charged and to temperature. Track Hawk needs modes to beat it to 60
I like the glass roof but I don’t like the fact you can’t close them off as desired.

Do the accessories switch off because the key fob is being moved in and out of the vehicle or is because there is no weight on the seat? If it’s the former, just leave the key fob in its pigeon hole..
I think its the weight on the seat bc I left the fob in the vehicle stepping in and out
