- SCP 682 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Hard to Destroy Reptile.
SCP 076 is a Keter Class anomaly also known as Able.
SCP-682 is a large, vaguely reptile-like creature of unknown origin.
SCP682 has always been observed to have extremely high strength, speed, and reflexes, though exact levels vary with its form. SCP-682's physical body grows and changes very quickly, growing or decreasing in size as it consumes or sheds material.
SCP-076 consists of two components: a stone cube (SCP-076-1) and a humanoid entity contained within (SCP-076-2). SCP076 -2 resembles a lean Semitic human male in his late twenties.
When encased inside SCP-076-1, is technically dead.
However, occasionally SCP-076-2 will awaken, effectively "reanimating", complete with all vital processes needed to sustain a living human being.

A human wearing the terror mask might be good for a human. This mask can completely control the body from what I can tell except for one thing and that one thing is movements such as walking for example. He can create bone and muscle, he came here from a nother world through a crack the size of a white lie, the previously enslaved mask that happens to be a literal God. This bad boy can probably make maximum density bone if he wants to, the limit for cell division doesn't seem to be applicable and the same definitely goes for a metabolically and possible rates of regenerating a lost arm. This thing can save you from death that would have come to you from that a slashing attack from an amalgamation of human corpses, but it might break your legs if this mask so chooses to. Judging by how similar compressional strength to Steel is found in bone which is about three times as light and The Mask can create a muscle and bone to catch and then throw a meteor which was living, it can probably do maximum density for bone and probably the same for muscle fibers as well. So if this thing can alter Reaction Time by making the spinal cord have a lot more copper or iron, this could potentially allow for reaction time that would give whatever scrawny dude wore this mask enough strength and reaction time to go toe-to-toe with this man. That is of course if there sense of sight can you even be processed quick enough. I know the mask is wrapped around the person's cerebellum but we haven't seen anything where it directly affects the Mind besides speaking to the person is that they are wrapping around the cerebellum of. He's made of blades, he is made protrusions of bone come out of the ground, he can make you temporarily Invincible he can make you more powerful with more blood, blood loss is not an issue, with blood he can dream up instantly heal you from anything and was tailing can be made quicker and heal you more if you happen to be within range of another living thing. This bad boy could probably make bone swords of Maximum density if he bothered going through the practice to allow the person that puts on this mask to do exactly that. Also you might be able to send you to a realm of dark that takes up the entire physical shape of wherever you are but the only things that are shown from The Real World are the blood between the other fluids that happened to be outside of a living thing, weapon that happened to be there, in the enemy that you are tearing out the lungs, splitting in the house, taking off the arm, removing their spine through the sphincter, you get the picture. Also do you think that he would be able to survive scp-096 even if that thing white boy didn't have this mask yeah, but with how that body of his has been morphed I am not so sure that the mask would be able to control as much as he can in a normal human.

The problem with throwing Able and 682 at each other is that neither has the ability to truly end the other, so in effect, you just make them both stronger combatants over time. And that is bad. Only really worth it if it is not often and used as a reward to pacify Able and keep him compliant as an asset.

I feel like Able might be thankful in a way for the foundations containment. After all they provide him with the most skilled human soldiers of the time with the best weaponry. He’s probably died more time in foundation captivity than outside of it
The issue with the containment is that he isn’t being killed in one-on-one combat, though. I doubt he’d see it as anything other than a cheap victory. They didn’t provide him with a valiant fight, they provided him with no fight at all, and a “reset” back to his coffin every time he wakes up.
That’s true but it’s not like there are many single opponents he’d struggle with outside captivity anyway.

I dont think the foundation would allow that. If able saw the shy guys face, he would probably be attacked by 096 everytime he comes back.

@@monokuma7746 That could work, but scp-096 is notoriously difficult to destroy due to his regenerative capabilities, hard to destroy skeletal system and overall brute strength it would pose an interesting challenge for Able.

I think there was a story where the foundation wiped out Ables memories about his death. Since then he was a normal human that started to age, he got along with his brother and then he died one day. (because of his high age)

I think you might have got the names mixed up, Cain is the one who causes any injury done to him to appear on the attacker while he also feels the pain of the attack.

I feel like, even though he can sustain more damage than a normal human, all you’d really need to send him back to the respawn timer is a couple guys with a .50cal HMG or with guns chambered in big game rounds like .45-70. That’ll blow a hole in someone big enough to fit your arm through.

I wonder if it's possible for Able to poison his blades, coat them in something to make them more effective. Not necessarily against humans, he's already near perfect at that, but against the Lizard. I wonder if the Foundation granted him access to their growing stockpile of 682 killer the Machine is making, he'd be able to coat his blades in it. That, or after they fight the Foundation could rush forward and pour the remaining amounts on 682, as it's probably the most incapacitated its been (other than when Dr. Bright battled it in its head for control of the body, and it was incapacitated for a week or to) in a long while

I like how the SCP Abel is something like a play on words. In Hebrew, "Abel" derives from a root meaning "a sigh" or "vanity, a breath." But the SCP version is "ABLE"---as if to say he is no longer a weak victim, but now he is the bringer of death, more than capable of protecting himself.
That's pretty much the intended wordplay of the character.
I could totally see Abel as an anime character that's always frustrated about not getting enough fights in an scp foundation anime with us following a naive new researcher who is always getting pranked by Dr. Bright and getting his moral ideals and expectations of scps destroyed with each one he meets.

That thumbnail picture of 682 is so good. So tired of people acting like that melted skull face is what he always looks like. Also, this idea is... kinda dumb. Throwing Able in with something they KNOW will kill him eventually could put a valuable piece out of commission for up to 25 years.
When you have the most efficient swordsman to ever live constantly asking for new assignments so he can fight things, the idea stops becoming as dumb.
If doctor bright got his necklace onto able, theoretically this would instantly kill able. Would Dr bright then be trapped in the box and be in full control once released?
Or would it be a fight between minds such as the case with 682
Ables mind is likely strong, tempered by age and his countless memories and deaths. It'd likely fight like against 682

@@pmt1103 682 didn't resist the medallion because it had lived for such a long time. It resisted the medallion because of its absurd adaptive capabilities. Able doesn't have those adaptive powers; Dr. Bright could easily supplant Able's consciousness.
The reason the Foundation doesn't do this is multifaceted: 1) It would probably be undone when Able's body dies, and he would likely be pissed at the Foundation once it's done. 2) 076 isn't under a "neutralize at any cost" directive; 682 is the exception to the rule of preserving and containing anomalies. 3) Part of what makes Able such an asset is his unending bloodlust and combat ability, which Bright cannot match. 4) Do you really think a Dr. Bright with the ability to pull random weapons out of thin air is actually a good idea? Bright wouldn't be as effective a fighter, but he's creative enough to do probably as much if not more collateral damage than the Able they have.

This video is epic! The new details on the sarcophagus are very cool. Edit: I also didn’t know Able could pull different weapons than swords from his pocket dimension. Also, what if they put Able with Tau-5 instead of Omega 7.
They ended up not using him on MTFs at all as he was too hard to control his brother cane however is still successfully used in his place

For some reason I found this total masacrw adorable (? Like seems like both enjoyed it, Able woke up with a smile and 682 later told 079 about that fight.
Somebody write a story about Abel being taught chess by one of his colleagues and deciding that mental combat is also somewhat satisfying. Then he escapes to enter a chess tournament, loses four moves in on the second last round and then wipes out the whole arena except his opponent, who he demands a rematch with in six months.
After that he wanders back to the foundation like "gimme some more strategy guides, I'm gonna destroy that asshole"
Meanwhile the guy has gone insane from what he saw and the scp foundation is desperately trying to get him ready for a rematch because Abel is threatening to burn the world otherwise.
