Chloe the H & M curtains with the tie backs are a win. They look very stylish & very expensive. With a new home & lots of renovations you do need to think about where you save money easily. With things like curtains you can spend a small fortune on having them made to measure, but as those you have found prove not everything you buyer cheaper looks less expensive. Really those curtains look fab. I am new to the channel - subscribed in past 2 weeks.

To disguise the radiator in the study, I suggest you get the same colour paint (as the walls) mixed at B&Q using the Valspar range and suitable for radiators.
