Kieth, Love the videos please keep them coming! if i may offer some advice you ought to look into getting yourself a battery powered pole saw to keep in the boat instead of that gas powered chain saw. I am pretty sure this would aid you a lot in getting to those hard to reach places cause i would love to see you doing more of that. Your an inspiration to more folks than you know especially some of these young anglers, try to keep it clean! God Bless You ...look forward to the next Vid! (-:
Man its fun to watch this series of fishing videos. Better than most! A few things: 1. Where is your live scope and 22" screen? 2. Why don't you run a jet motor? 3 if you want to reduce your draft, fish with someone lighter. LOL JK man. Love these videos. New fan for sure!
Back in the 80's to the mid 90's, I used to fish Swans, Wheeler Wildlife and up in the Elk River all the time with my then father in law. Man, we had some good times catching good sized bass, big bream too! Seems like a lifetime ago.
I live in Maryland in harford County and never fished the Elk River. I need to get up there. I seen that Trax in Joppatowne afew years ago for the Bassmasters they fished the upper bay.
You remind me of myself. If the fish ain't biting I am exploring. Looking for fish or future fishing areas! Always moving and always searching. Keep it up Keith I am a big fan! I have a 17' Nitro with gouges all over it already along with a broken windshield! I bought that this to fish not to look pretty! Tight lines brother and stay safe!
These manufacturers wanna test out how tough there boats are and TMs let Keith use it for 6 months to a year 😂 he don't cut no slack !!keep rocking man 👍
Congrats on your last win Keith. Your style of fishing reminds me of my younger days. Back then I was going to Calhoun community College in north Alabama and it was very close to wheeler wild life refuge in decatur. Back then the areas I would fish was Buella Bay and tbe swan creek area. These areas would have been right up your alley. I would take my small Jin boat into place most wouldn't dare. I remember one time where I got to a point where dragging my Jon boat over beaver damns was not an option in one area I was trying to get into. Anyway, I put my waders on and jumped out and started wading. Wasn't long before I had a stringer full of crappie. As I was walking back to my john boat I felt a tug on my stringer which almost pulled me backwards and I look back and about 5.5 gator had grabbed my stringer. I have heard people say in tbe past that there wasn't any alligator on wheeler wild life refuge but they were wrong! Anyway, your style of fishing brings back find memories. I would love to find areas that noone was stupid enough to try and fish and I would get in tbise places. I did learn a valuable lesson though about beaver dams......cotton mouths love them! Never been bitten but got real close to having a bad day!
By the way Keith....if you are ever up in north Alabama you need to fish Blackwell swamp. It will be right up your alley....better bring several pints of blood though....Skeeter's in that place have saddles on their backs!
I can only imagine how many red wasps nest y'all run into and how many snakes fall in that boat cause I know down here in south Louisiana stuff like that is loaded with them lol
You outta take a couple weeks and do a series on Havasu or down by yuma off lake Martinez and fish those backwaters. lived there 7 years and man the amount of backwaters is insane and you are catching 4-9lbrs consitently its just stupid lol.
Absolutely love it!!! I honestly think that you could say you conquered the Amazon jungle and they wouldn’t know the difference with what you were battling through to get to the pond. Love “Off The Grid”‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️💯
I imagine if you go fishing with him you better prepared to hear the words......"Alright, you goin to have to get out and help me push." By time we got to where we were going my arms would be too weak to even hold a rod and reel.
If only jet drives where allowed to be used in tourneys it would have made that easy work. I still never understand the point of not letting anglers use jet drives. Like who doesn't wanna see these guys scraping the bottom of their boat up to get into some untouched water. Like I feel that makes the whole tourney more exciting to watch vs staring at screens all day.
@@benromano3300 yea man if I ever owned a boat I'm getting a jet drive screw props haha. Im honestly surprised none of the trolling motor companies haven't made a jet drive trolling motor for less turbulence and maybe more power and you wouldn't have to worry about damaging prop on logs or something.
You should feel guilty, Kieth! I'd say since you became part of the Gator Trax team and put these videos out, they probably just went ahead and laid off their entire field testing department!!!😅😅
All the stuff I “didn’t do” in dads boat as a kid.
Glad to see you put another video out,
Been too long
You make it look fun , not necessarily easy
Favorite pro right now. I think your right on Toledo event. Great show today thanks
Nothing like cracking bass in the backwoods where no other man dares to roam 👍👍🔥🔥
need to put a big jet outboard on that jon my dude!
Hell yeah man. Glad to see another off the grid !!!
Awesome vid. I need to do a workout Keith poche style… pushing boats up rivers 😂

I love my offshore livescope style fishing but love these videos too
Great fisherman and Very Genuine fellow to meet.
I like your style, had my Jon over a couple beaver dams one day.
Changed my tactics ever since!
That garmin force is the best trolling motor in existence!

what push pole is that. I could use that duck hunting. Your putting a lot of pressure on it?
New meaning to catching them dirt shallow😊
So much fun to watch the OTG!
Love the off the grid hat. I have one just like that.
I just want to know how many props you go through in a year doing this shit😂 i love these videos, keep em up
It's gotta be at least 10+ 😂
@@slabbusterrtr7690 wouldn't surprise 😂
Great video. Love the content.
love the 4 wheel drive on that boat😆😆😆

Those look like some great duck holes back in there 🤔🤙🏾

I have to say your the go getter ! 👍
Thanks for sharing.
Great video! Love the #OTG
Why did you go back to a double axle trailer for that little boat?
sometimes a smaller wingman might help!!! lol ---- where was this filmed? what state? looks like fun!
Standard lower unit or lower water pickup?
Low water pick up
@@jeremyprichard1are you sure? I’m not sure he can use a low water pickup on tour.
@@JB-ms9duPositive. He does a run down of his whole OTG boat on his channel.
That overheat alarm is just a suggestion 😂
Next video, bring Gerald Swindle along and make him push!
Amazing adventure
I want some work boots as tough as your boat!
Both of my surgically repaired knees gave out watching you push the boat.
Thei stuff i would do as a kid, just more expinsive. Takes me back
Boyyy you better start pushing away from that dinner table. Gonna wake up 1 day and be Jelly Roll.
Man, I bought an 18" Echo battery chainsaw... I'll never go back to a gas saw again.
Fenwick clearly makes some quality shit. 😂😂
Enterprise in L.A. (lower Alabama) loves "Off the Grid". Let them Yankees know.
Nice OTG gear 🔥🔥🔥

Alligator creek on wheeler ab3/4of a mile down below chow mix plant on the right seen quite a few in that area
He’s a straight gangster 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Man U need to check out that new pro drive surface drive. It’s big horsepower and built like and outboard
I see you took my advice from the comment I left in one of your earlier videos and traded that Poulan for a STIHL! 😅
Where ya been at
It’s too bad BASS banned jet drives. We run super shallow rivers in the PNW. Sometimes as shallow as ankle deep.
I like how you
Put in the life vest as if you gona drown in 6in of water 😂😂😂
What is he like 5'5"?
You need to get a battery powered chain saw. It would be so much easier.
Lets gooooooo!!!! OTG!
Any one know why Keith isn’t fishing st Clair ?
And that folks is how you turn a pleasant day of fishing into a whole lot of work.
Hell I'd be sweating like a stuck hog doing all that!!!!! And that Mercury you give it a workout!
Finally woooww

Who says bass fishing isn't a contact sport lol
I think my bass tracker with a 50 merc could almost just drive through that😂
I imagine if you go fishing with him you better prepared to hear the words......"Alright, you goin to have to get out and help me push."
By time we got to where we were going my arms would be too weak to even hold a rod and reel.
Never let a pro borrow your boat lol
If you had a 40 V Ryobi, you wouldn’t have to go through all that cranking and pulling.
I dont even think that spot is on google earth hes so far back 😂
Hell yeah.
put you one of those new prodrives on there and you wont have to get out so much.
There is no better creek spinnerbait than the humdinger
Bet he’s got a winch somewhere in the boat
Doing what I wished I had
Stihl sponsor this man

Completely agree... I love my jet. Rarely have to use a push pole

So much for floating in 6" as advertised.
You don't worry about gators up in that shallow water? My head would be on a swivel, I tell you what.
That there's kayak water.
This is exactly what not to do with your boat. Good to see more people with more money than sense. Tight lines brother 👍🏼
I’m 800th like
Shoulda used a Prodrive.
I know what's wrong..! It ain't got no fish in it..?
I'll just stick with my livescope lol
Bro y do you not just wear shorts
Look like he was hitting the 2 man in fall camp
If you were looking for carp you would have been in the right place.
I think you need a lighter boat!
Boat for sale, like new, barely used.. 😂😂😂😂😂
10:28 Damn why you do lil buddy like that lolol
I know it wasnt on purpose relax.
do not buy a used boat from Keith Poche :)
waste of time and money.
