This was the first Marianas Trench song I heard, and the meta nature of it made me fall in love with it and the band and Josh's songwriting. When I delved into their catalog the song had even more meaning because I realized that, if Josh was describing Pop 101 in the song then the rest of their catalog was like an advanced PHd thesis in music theory. They are sooooo good! 😂 It reminds me of when I went on a music festival cruise led by Barenaked Ladies and they were like "You are the super-fans. You didn't come on the cruise to hear 'One Week' or 'Million Dollars'. Not that we won't play those, but you're going to get the whole deep catalog." ❤
the song is fun but definitley not their best i was surprised it was on the setlist but i wouldnt say its their worst thanks for sharing wish there was more footage of the show
This is literally their worst song and they refuse to take off the set. I would love to see Now or Never, Ancient history, but let’s play the same song that you’ve been playing for 10 years that isn’t even good.

Naw, this song needs off the setlist in favour of something from Ever After or Masterpiece Theatre. It's so overdone now

Yes, Now or Never would be so much better. Time to retire 101.....
