I don't think Ken looked concerned that Roman was bringing in Shiv. I think he was actually concerned Roman was starting to strategize and get a leg-up with the employees as "the boss" by getting there before he did, wondering if now that he was in power, Roman was looking for a way to move him out. He has no concern with Shiv
