How would you restructure the phrase in a composition where you can't have the selection be reliant on index?

what if i want to select like different compositions with different sizes, is that possible?

Not using this method. You’d need to create different versions of the template for different comp sizes

Note to all - this method doen't work if you're not using precomped images.

I’m not sure what you mean. It should work with anything pre-comped or otherwise.
