The YHT Buddy Bench

As a school community, we've been learning to include everyone and reach out to people who are not yet our friends as part of the YHT You & Me middot program. Our school-wide buddy bench project represents this effort and was fun to make. Classes voted on words that represent friendship and caring and wrote them on the bench. We signed the bench as a kind of contract and commitment for doing our best to reach out to everyone. Here's a video of some of our community members trying out the bench.
