Find someone who can Operate the excavator and put something of reference like a vehicle if your trying to sell this product 🤔

you need a skid steer in there with a grapple to load the crusher and have something like a barrier wall lift that the skid steer operator can grab quickly to get the bale out or he might even be able to get the bale out with the same grapple. This is too slow, too inefficient, you are losing money all day with this set up. And for Gods sake fill that crusher up! 1000 ton force will crush 3x that amount into the same bale.

This is very slow. This machine is crying because it needs a more powerful hydraulic pump.

Hi friend, the baler machine with a big box, feeding box inner size is 3.5x3x1.3 meters, and it compresses the stainless steel, not scrap steel. That’s why it needs more time. Usually the cycle time is 120 seconds (not include the time of feeding/loading material and taking the bales out)
If use 3x2.5x1.3m feeding box, the cycle time is about 90 seconds.

What a painfully slow process. The scrap should be brought in a lot closer then pushed in with something a lot smaller.

@@dalongkai its boring for those of us that ARE interested in this industry... clearly it was a rain day and the guys needed some hours so they put the "non operator" on the track hoe and told him to play all day. They are taking bales out of there that are full of voids because they won't fill the hopper. What a waste of someone's money, so glad it aint mine or I would send the lot of 'em to the unemployment line.
