    I get sharp pain near spine and shoulder blade feels like seriously painful locking feeling so that’s why I use different ways to try stretching that and correct my posture

    I have very bad posture and I'm hunched alot. .my spine is lardy started to bend.

    I have a slight itchy pain in the mid section of my foot. It fells like a nerve is pulling and I can't jump on this foot. Can you give me an idea of what could it be? (I had significantly bumped up my running routine)
