to my juniour. i secured 64 percentile in 2023 and now i secured 94 percentile in januray attempt and 96.23 percentile in april attempt. it is not as good as i expected but as it is. so if you have potential then take drop. ALL THE BEST BROTHERS

12th i did in Kota. Last year I got 91.2 percentile. I took drop this year, did online from Kota and got more than 99 percentile. Just be disciplined. Be disciplined. Daily classes, daily homeworks, tests and analysis and do it consistent.

I couldn’t do well these two years so I’m thinking of taking a drop, not because my sole aim is to get into an IIT or NIT, but because I want to learn and rectify my past mistakes. I’ll probably get a private college today but the knowledge I’ll get in this one year if I try, will be much more valuable.
Even if I don’t get an IIT or NIT and clear JEE 2025, I’ll probably have enough knowledge and skills to get me somewhere in life.

I don't think you realise that every competitive exam requires different approach so your "knowledge" may or may not be significant if you decide to go for some other competitive exam. Not to mention the fact that brain's retention power is generally low so by the time you'll need this "knowledge" of yours, you'll probably have forgotten it by then.

For juniors please don't take drop I'm a dropper I have lived it, competition is increasing every year and the level of ntas uncertainty is too if u r from reserved category u can go but for general like me don't take drop invest the time in skills gaining and career growth their are online degree available out their doesn't matter u r tier 3 and the rise in AI will make life even harder in next 4-6yrs if u dont change with it u will be left out in jee rat race

I didn't do any coaching in 11-12 and is saal parents coaching me admission kara rahe but ik vo kaise kara rahe...(online hai hamesha option..cost effective but unhe lag raha ek saal bacha de raha risk kyu lena to brand coaching me admission kara diya...maine bola ham yt aur online manage karenge but ab unhone jab itna diya hai to utilize karke unko lauta sake bas)Coaching kara sakte lekin private college nahi afford kar sakte..... I got 91 percentile in my second drop.
I didn't even know how to solve direct formula based questions after my first drop, so I worked hard continuously for 6 months like a robot.
I improved a lot, I think now I'm in a better position, although I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

So I took a full drop this year, and it was frustrating...everyone will gonna ask you one question how's your preparation going ? No one's going to ask you how are you..
I got 93 percentile in April and 78 percentile in january and my previous year percentiles were 30 in January, 49 in April . So yes, I took a big bait this year...can say it's not over the top result and one of a resona can be monotonous lifestyle as your school friends couldn't be able to make time drop some texts and all...and you'll be filled up with negetive thoughts every day , every moment ....So a full drop is only recommended for those who have full support from their family and friends or better take partial drop...you'll have a chance to do something else if jee don't give you a chance...yes, it'll take some more paperworks in time of admission but it'll be better than a full drop.

To anyone who want to take drop. Just ask yourself, can you work hard? Doesn't matter weather your percentile in 2024 was good or not. Cause in 2023 in chemistry i got 15 percentile and this year 99.7 percentile. I know overall percentile is not 99.7 , still everyone doesn't get 99.7. So if you can work hard , put equal effort in each subjects , target 250+ then you are gonna make it.

Jokes aside nobody knows what will happen in the drop year it might be something unexpectable just like in my case 27 jan shift and 6 th april shifts 😭 ( was victim of both the shifts no luck 💔) yet i gave my best in april and managed to score a respectable percentile although its not upto my expectations i was expecting atleast 5 to 10 thousands rank better but it is what it is... I haven't studied adv oriented in drop year because my aim was top 5 nit but i guess i won't be getting any good branch in top 5 nits now😢. I don't even kniw if i will clear adv cutoff marks or not😢

i took drop in 2023 my first attept i got 67 2nd 72 then in drop year 90 percentile took only online coaching and it is decent my drop year worth . if you want to take drop there is only 1 condition (kya apne abhi tak apna 100 percent diya? nahi toh kya 100 percent drop year me de doge ? if yes go for drop even online me air 9 tak aai hai 10 -12k karch karke sirf . Sir SAT ka exam hota hai college board ki taraf uske scores ek saal tak valid rahte hai or usme high score karna bhi assan hota hai India me bhi kaafi acche colleges hai jo SAT ke scores ko except karte hai toh ek baar usko deke dekhta hun agar aache number aagye toh drop lunga(kyunki score ek saal tak valid rahega) warna dekhte hai

Sir mere 12 bseb board mein 63% and jee main 43 percentile hai toh kya mein drop le sakta hoon, aur sir bseb board ke liye kya 75 % criteria lagta hai ya nahi.

hello bhaiya i have scored 95.2% in april and 76% in jan this year and scored 143 marks in april , can you tell me should i join college or take drop (i think i can make into iit in 2025)
edit - i am getting north east nit , iiit manipur cse and sgsits IT and ece
and also due to interference of school in nov to feb i was not able to conc in jee

Yes you can
i am a dropper ,got 98 percentile this year , could have done better but this year will take DTU . Totally take a drop if you are willing to take a risk.
