@zonemk9406 thanks for your tutorial. My problem is that when i press the pedal a bit, it is quite immediately up at 80% or 100%. There is no graduation anymore. Any idea ? Thanks a lot
Hi, it could be that potentiometer needs to be replaced. Seems that Fanatec doesn't sell those but if you run google search, you can find from eBay and aliexpress, that have potentiometer with wire and connector so it's easy to replace. I hope this helps. And if you got it fixed already or will have, let me know how it went.
Bro, I used to play the F1 games a ton and I'm considering getting back into them but when I got back on I remembered my pedals have ridiculous input mismatching and it VERY likely is the potentiometers. I was about to buy a new pedal set but I just googled the problem and this vid popped up. I'll try this tomorrow and if you just saved me $85 I'm gonna be the happiest man on the planet.
Thanks for the video. When I take out my potentiometer and have it connected to my laptop, it shows a full range from 0% - 100%. When I put it back to 0%, put it back in the pedal, and I try the pedal connected to the laptop, the most it will show is 47% - any ideas how to get it back to 100%? Thanks, Steve
Hi, one thing comes to mind. When rotating potentiometer from 0%, I noticed that there’s a small gap before it shows any increase, so it could be that if potentiometer is at very start and there’s this small gap, it doesn’t rotate enough to reach 100% when installed to pedal. Try to rotate the potentiometer to that point where it almost shows increase from 0% and then install it to pedal. I hope this helps.
I wonder if it’s just a temporary fix 🤔 And need to replace that potentiometer eventually. Have you had similar problems?
Worked for me in combination with doing a manual calibration inside Fanatec CP. Thanks for the video!
Great! So glad it helped!

Helped a lot! Cost was only 5 Bucks for the Cleaner instead of a new set of Pedals 😁
Great to hear!
