If im sharing my Amazon Video acct with others but don't want the profiles they made on my fire TV can I remove them while they're still able to retain their profiles on their own FireTvs?
Hi! Is there a way to do this on only one Fire TV device? I have only one that I wish to remove the extra profiles from because it is the only one that is not shared, is that possible? Thanks:)

This did not work. I figured this much on my own but I get an error message: Unable to select profile Kids profile are not supported on this device at this time
Apparently this is a problem that is affecting a large number of users Amazon have not yet acknowledged the issue which has been around for months, apparently one user with the problem has found that Kids profiles are only available in countries where Amazon Kids + is offered. If you are in a region where Amazon Kids + isn’t offered the kids profiles on your devices were deleted. (Greyed out or not selectable). There is no known fix at this time.
You could try de-registering the firestick, you can login to your Amazon Account on a computer or phone or tablet, go to account and lists then Manage your Content and Devices then Select Devices, click Fire TV, select the Device by Clicking on its name, then click Deregister this will hopefully stop it working.
@@valeriewiebe334 You should see 2 firesticks in the Devices if you know which one is still in your Ex's TV then you can just deregister that one, if not then you will need to de-register both, and then re-register your stick, you may need to reset up some of your apps.
Hi Chris. I was given a 2nd hand fire stick but original profile is still on it but it says I can't remove it. Why is that? Also I have my own prime a/c but can't get it on my firestick. Any advice??
I think it would be best to factory reset this stick you can then login with your Amazon account and setup the whole stick the way you want it details here ruclips.net/video/7MacY6TOIQk/видео.html

My question is this I bought a fully loaded firestick it has three names on my profile should I remove them
I think you should ask whoever you bought the stick from, it they are vital to the service you are getting first.

I have a profile user on my device that I don't know. How can I permanently remove it from my device?

You should reset your Amazon password on your account to ensure no-one has hacked your account.
I have a question. I rec'd two firesticks and left one at my ex-fiance's house. How do I delete his access when he still has the firestick in his TV?
