Cold chocolate cake: you don't need an oven for this delicious recipe!

  • INGREDIENTS
    200g dry biscuits
    100g melted butter
    100g sugar
    50g cocoa powder
    30ml milk

    200g milk chocolate
    100ml fresh cream

    METHOD
    1. Start by roughly crumbling the cookies into a bowl.
    2. Add the sifted cocoa, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well to combine the ingredients.
    3. Now it's time for the milk. Mix again, trying to get a compact mixture.
    4. Pour the cookie mixture into the mold and spread it well with the help of a spoon. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
    5. In the meantime, create your delicious cream. Mix the chocolate and hot cream together until you get a nice, thick, and homogeneous cream.
    6. Pour it over the previously prepared cookie base. If you want, you can add whatever you like on top, such as more cookies or fruit. Let it rest in the fridge for another hour.
