Zelda's the Sage of Time in Ocarina as well :) It's just less directly mentioned, but she was able to move Link through time and taught him the Song of Time. She has always had Time Powers, but they've always taken a back seat to her Power of Light, granted to her by the Goddess Hylia via blood. There is a video online explaining the timeline of the Zelda games, and how TOTK and BOTW fit into the timeline, but watch it after finishing the main story.
