Epididymis--is meant for MATURATION of sperm. Sperm stay there for 20 days. (temporary storage).
Ampulla of Vas deferens--is the PERMANENT STORAGE part for sperm before the ejaculation process.
Seminiferous tubule, ... also called UNIT OF TESTES... Coz it produces sperm.

What is meant by leydig cells and sertoli cells

These both are the cells present in testes. Leydig cells helps in spermatogenesis where as sertoli cells provide nourishment for its development.

In seminiferous tubule two type of cells are there..one is spermatogonia ( which produces sperm) and another is sertoli cell( which provides nurishment to sperm)..... In interstitial space of seminiferous tubule a type of cell is found that is leydig cell which produces male sex hormone androgen and testosterone
