Marwa the stains can always be whipped of the wall with a cloth and soap. You don’t need to paint soon as stains appear.,, the villa is truely magnificent
Suggestion: Put 2 low steps to the front patio/porch so that people will move away from touching the wall while climbing to the patio. It will even be safe for Rocio when climbing or going off the patio. Think about it. The fans are goo in this area. A/c is better in the upper living areas.

Marwa please reconsider the fans. I don't know whether Inconcept is advising you, but please consider a professional interior design company to do the villa and the grounds. The house is too modern for those fans. In addition the fans clash with the chandelier which is modern glam and the fans are old fashioned. I would also be worried about how firmly secured the fans are as you do have many people in the house.
For guys wanting a modern touch to the house, the fans are not the way. They make the villa look more like those company buildings or hotel entrances. For a good modern and aesthetic touch, AC is the best way to go. Fans are a bit loud and for hotter areas.
Ac make us sick we want natural air

This works fine in Kenya its situated at Equator neither cold nor hot
I think it is wrong to imagine that people want the same things. For example, a lot of people like flat roofs..but I only like them on structures like Marwas. On others, they look like roadside shops. Again for fans.. you may not like them...but others do. So it really depends on what people like for their property. Some love brick wall fences...yet others prefer living fences ... Back to the fans...maybe ideas of styles so they flow with the aesthetics and not be in the way of the chandelier. For now it has made the ceiling very busy. May be flatter ones , not pendant ones would be okay...
Marwa you can connect the Alexa to the speakers and use it by an online streaming music like Spotify or even RUclips. You don't need another system
If you have an external music system same thing. You can make your house smart and control all the lights etc... you can also buy a water treatment system and treat water before it comes into the house.
Marwa are the speakers Bluetooth ??
To use Alexa, ur phone, and command the speakers ALL YU NEED IS FOR ALL DEVICES TO BE BLUETOOTH. INCL THE SPEAKERS.
Yu dont need a media command center. Alexa is a device ctrld by an App on ur phone. The speakers shd also be Bluetooth enabled for ur Bluetooth phone to connect to the speakers.
I dont think Mr Ebole was hip to that idea, coz he dint seem to know wht yu were saying abt Bluetooth ctrl.
Those speakers may be cheap Chinese. Tho yu can still get Chinese shit thts better quality.

The music playing around the house can be controlled from the room which will be a music studio. It makes sense because that room will have amplifiers and mixers and all sort of music equipment.

Yes, I think the fireplace will be necessary. It doesn’t look plastic those glass ones look very nice and they do have them in expensive homes. They look amazing.
A fireplace will look fantastic in their home! They do make any home look more established.

Sheetrock is what’s used primarily in the US for interior walls and let me tell you it’s been holding up for over 30 years.

You can use a compound name trowel paint last for 10 years before retouching

Marwa you can use the TV and a projector at same time. For the projector screen it can be electric floor rising stored up. And only slide in the space of the TV when needed. Check the way they do it in Universities in Namibia.
A/C is good and it can be reversible warm in winter
There is no winter in Kenya East Africa in like Southern Africa where there is winter

Marwa areas that people touch a lot you can use white oil paint to paint them. Places like entrances etc or areas in the house that you see people touch or have lots of fingerprints use white oil paint. With oil paint you won't see the fingerprints and the touches on your wall

In my honest opinion the fan has interfered with the beauty of the gypsum ceiling and the chandelier. The fan wasn't necessary in the villa. It has totally changed the beauty and aesthetics of the villa. How i wish you had left it the way it was originally. With the 2 fans it kinda now looks like a public auditorium/area . Well time will tell. Meanwhile the villa is taking shape with the new interior fittings....Just rethink and re-evaluate the fan issue .
The fans kinda tone down the beauty of the beautiful chandelier lighting and removes the modern concept of the villa. Makes the roof too busy.

Marwa is a people's person and his villa is not an ordinary house but a place where he can host and entertain his many friends from all over the world. The proof is in the way it is divided into private section's. Marwa's sister also has her own bedroom/kitchenette within this villa and so does one of his American friends therefore fans are not out of place since it is a people's house. Also with a fan you need to have windows and doors closed which is not necessary in Kenya's climate. Decorating the house is solely Marwa's choice as he is the owner.
Gypsum ceilings, which are custom-designed and constructed from high-grade POP (Plaster of Paris), have a lifespan of more than two decades when maintained under normal conditions. But if the ceiling is subjected to harsh conditions like continuous water leakage, etc., the longevity of ceilings may decrease.

You, your wife and your future baby should feel free without thinking of "we can't do this or that..." because everything should be always clean.
You choose a light dining room and it's very beautiful. However, as you noticed they had some dark marks on them and you and your wife didn't know where they were coming from.
People seat down everywhere and can visit you. Even though you ask them to remove their shoes but their clothes might be dirty and put marks on your sofa 🛋.
Come on Marwa, you won't be able to tell them to remove their clothes!

Im thinking it would have been better to install A/Cs instead of fans. The noise is a bit off gor when you want a quiet time or just imagining the blades falling off, lol. The speakers however is a good vibe, some soothing music would be so nice. The Tv/screen area will look so beautiful with the beautiful fireplace aesthetics.

Very very true, fans are a wrong choice. They are not aesthetically pleasing. Now it looks like a company building more than a normal modern villa. In these modern days we put ACs. Fans are for very hot places and countries.
But how many energy would an Airco ask whole day ?

My unwanted opinion is 😁, the instability that those fans can cause to the chandelier when they’re on. This can even make it fall overtime as it weakens the hooks. Then again it’s your house you do what you want. Great progress marwa, can’t wait for the swimming pool to start building built
I am a seasoned contractor who has been doing these field for 14 years. I have seen ceiling trends come and go, but the plain slab with a cement conner strip moulding is the ultimate...having a slab and installing gypsum is redundant. Mr Ebole is the best but a fundi as long as he is getting a job will not let you know this. They could have hacked the slab and installed all those lights although cumbersome its more permanent.
