It's a boss in lv 33 quest in Velen. I had been dumb enough to face it at lv 5. I was even dumber as I didn't have found a way out that was there and had to do it. Fought it using Yrden alt mode, then Quen, then recast Yrden alt mode, and if it pulls then slice a few times with a sword and back, back, back behind Yrden. Took hours to learn, then about 40 minutes on the last attempt

Haha methinks we just did it almost same time fought it too several days ago at lvl 10 though not lvl 18
