This looks like 1962-63 (before the May 20, 1963 introduction of the "Group W" logo and accompanying font), and definitely considering that the network news was known by that title prior to it being expanded to 30 minutes on Sept. 2 and the title changed to "CBS Evening News With Walter Cronkite."
