- It was great to see Korean Mineral Spring, Yaksuteoo. I took water from that, so I wanted to camp to cook with that water. But it was not easy to find camping spot and also it was scary to cycle on roads. Still it's not easy to deal about camping and cycling next to the road

한국의 모든 주유소에는 공용화장실이 있으며 아무나 이용 가능합니다
시골에 있는 경로당은 단순히 매일 가서 노는 것 외에 여름엔 더위 대피소, 겨울엔 동네 노인들이 모여서 아예 숙식하는 곳이기도 합니다.
연료비를 절약하고 식비도 절약하고...어울려삽니다. 우리나라에만 있는 대단히 좋은 제도입니다.

손발 트고 갈라지는 곳에 바셀린이 좋아요. 100ml짜리 3,000원정도 합니다. 평소에 장갑을 이용하는 것이 손 건강에 좋아요.
Another great video Jin! Always enjoy them, and interesting seeing the countryside you’re travelling through. The videos also show how well you cope with every challenge, and it can’t be easy finding places to camp all the time, as you showed. I'm happy for your joyful homecoming. Thanks for sharing that finding a place to sleep is still difficult even for someone so experienced in bicycle travel. It's my biggest source of stress when I tour on my bike.

I'm wondering, when you came across that first potential site, where there were other campers but a sign saying "no camping", could you have asked them for other potential sites? They might be locals. Also, is there any Korean social media platform for bike touring that might host discussions about possible places to stay? I'm just wondering if there are ways of shortcutting the whole wandering-in-the-dark to find a place for the night.

그 냄새가 나면, 어딘가 지금 동물 사체가 있구나 짐작하고, 숨 최대한 참고 지나갑니다. 뉴질랜드에서 특히 로드킬한 동물을 많이 봤었던 게 기억나네요
5:24 커스텀바이크 만드신 분이 제 지인입니다. 한국 귀국영상을 제 페북에 올렸을때, 양평에서 만났다는 이야기를 하시더라구요. 그래서 언제나오나 나름 기다리고 있었는데 생각보다 일찍 등장하네요. ㅎㅎ
Wonderful video as always. In 2019 I cycled Seoul to Busan on the 4 Rivers route - a fantastic cycle with the huge benefit that I could (mostly) avoid those horrible stretches of high traffic road. I hope that next time I visit Korea I'll be able to speak a little of the language, it makes travel far more rewarding.

It's not that I don't want.. I need to get permission. That's how it is now.. not easy.. so I try to avoid take the video of their face as much as I can cause blurring takes too much time on video editing... hahaha.. you would see lots of Korean legs or belly now on my channel, but not their face. haha If you want to see their face, visit Korea 😏
Just for your health. I couldn't tell what exactly was wrong with your thumb. But I had similar issues of dry skin on my fingers which were exasperated using red liquid soaps in rest rooms. When I stopped using the soap, I applied Vaseline to my finger tips at night and put on a rubber glove, In a week or two they healed and have never had the problem come back.

진짜 자전거 여행할때 차가 무서운거 같아요. 국토 해안가를 자전거로 지인들과 함께 돌다가 지인들은 제주도에서 인천으로 배타고 가버리고, 저는 남해 한바퀴 돌아보고 목포에서 멈췄네요.
공사차량들이 지나갈때마다 너무 무서웠거든요. 진님의 여행을 응원 합니다! 양평 다녀오니까 참 좋더라고요. 저도 올해는 자전거를 더 많이 타려고 합니다. ^^
충분히 이해갑니다. 12년 세계 여행했지만 여전히 차가 무섭습니다. 전 자전거 길보단 시골길, 농로, 국도를 좋아해서 한국의 갓길이 좁은데에서 차량이 많으면 너무 무서워요. 😥

나도 셜리살려고 하는테. 제키가170인데. 어느사이즈가 맞을까요. 그리고 님처럼 여행다니고 싶어서 셜리살려고 하는데 종류가 많아서. 어떤게 좋을까요
셜리 사려고 하는 매장에 물어보세요. 50 사이즈 타도 큰 문제 없겠지만, 중요한건 인심이나 팔길이등에 따라서 달라질꺼에요.
여행용 많이 길게 다니시려면 Disc Trucker 제품을 사는게 무난해요.
그래도 새거 사서 빌딩하신다면, 디자인이 맘에 드는 제품을 사시는게 좋습니다.
국내 여행만 하시려면 굳이 투어링을 살 필요는가 없다고 생각하지만요. 투어링 구입 하시려면 진짜 많이 알아보고 구입하셔야 편하게 다니실 수 있을 꺼에요.

제 키는 166cm인데 Surly Long Haul Trucker 50cm 프레임 쓰고 있습니다. 근데 실제로 써보니 저보다 한 사이즈 크더라고요. 그래서 목이 좀 아팠어요. 나중에 핸들바 앞으로 좀 당겼더니 괜찮아 지더라고요. 제 키에는 원래 48cm를 썼어야 되었는데, 중고로 사다 보니 이걸 들고 와 쓰게 되었네요.

Hello Jin. Your content is great! My fingers get splits, I use superglue! works really well. There may be a medical type glue you can get. Stay safe.

제품디자인 전공이라 모형(목업)을 만들때 칼로 베이거나 띠톱에 쓸려서 지혈이 안될때 응급처치로 순간접착제를 사용했습니다. ㅎㅎ 의료용은 아니구요 일반 순간접착제 인데 그렇게 사용해도 별탈 없었던거 같아요.. ^^
@@universewithme I just use ordinary superglue which helps heaps but I understand some people may not want to try that. But I think there may also be a medical grade glue or similar. Superglue is cheap and easy to get.
If my finger splits I cover the split with the glue, let it dry and then if the glue or skin is rough I file it down with a nail file or similar.
It protects the split and stops it catching or splitting more as it heals. I didn't want to recommend it as I am not a medical professional but it works for me!
