At the age of eight, I was sent away to boarding school and didn’t return home until I was twenty-two. In those formative years, my school friends became my family, my protectors, and my source of strength. Life has taken me on a rollercoaster of ups and downs, but through it all, God has blessed me with truly wonderful friends.
“Thank You Kindly” is a song I wrote to honor those friends-the ones who stood by me in both the good times and the bad. This is for you, my chosen family.
