As a biologist I always knew the Nation of Dendro was going to be my favourite, and it truly truly was. The rainforest, the Divine Tree, the Aranara, the desert and its depths, the lore, Wanderer breaking my heart and making it soar right after... Saving with dedication for a character for the first time (Nahida, then Wanderer's second banner - initially had him C0, I C6ed him on the 25th and finally got his weapon today with like 10 minutes to spare :D)... This year flew by, I still feel like I'm only just emerging from that Chasm tunnel into Avidya. Here's to a Sabzeruz Festival in autumn, the rest of Sumeru's coastline, and a Fontaine that lives up to how amazing that fourth nation was. See you around.

Sumeru as of right now, is my personal favourite archon quest arc. Everything, with king deshret, scaramouche,dottore, even the unvoiced world quests i loved them
Such an underrated video ! For me, sumeru still the peak genshin content. Its diversity is just perfect: archon story, world quests, exploration, graphics, osts ... They really nailed it
Great video, it really made me remember all the great times the past year. Sumeru and the whole 3.0 patch was just amazing. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for us in Fontaine!

Back then, I didn't know what to expect of Sumeru (no interest whatsoever either about the countries and cultures it takes inspiration from)... but in the end, it's what made me get much more invested within this amazing game and its rich lore, with fantastic music, cutscenes and characters. Until Fontaine came out, the Vourukasha Oasis' tree became my logging-off location (its music is just divine, and I loved that area so much that I 100%'ed it on purpose). All in all, between the first four regions, Sumeru became my favourite.
As hype as I am for fontaine (especially Foscalors and Navia) it has some _huge_ boots to fill after how amazing sumeru was. Say what you will about the later patches but man the archon quest and the world quests (especially golden slumber) are gonna be real hard to follow up from I still cry at the nahida/rukkha scene

Furina is my favourite character in the whole game just barely topping out nahida. Navia is cool and I love her playstyle, she's not deyha 2.0 so I'm happy lol. Idk what there even is to be disappointed about other than Furinas story quest and maybe act 3 and 4 of the archon quest Edit: Actually my biggest disappointment so far is how we've gotten literally 0 answers about the abyss sibling but I'm holding judgement on that until after the Dain quest
I’m going to miss sumeru very much, especially since it was inspired by my country, and the characters and quests really made me happy :) Love you Sumeru, u will always stay my fav region ❤
