Wouldn't if be better to get them on the phone or zoom call to identify their needs and eventually close them?

I just find email about a place to do business.
I use Instagram DM to start a conversation
And then email to close the sale.
However, I am aware you could probably close the sale on Instagram DM too

Bro, what niche do you mostly focus on?
For me it’s making money online, so educational courses and programs etc.
The thing with copywriting, though is that you can focus on pretty much any niche once you understand the principles.
All sub niches fall under the main three niches, which are health, wealth and relationships
