Seeing as Big E somehow was in the possession of the DPW, it stands to reason that the same could apply to all the other De-extinct species from the Mantah Corp island were taken from there. These Kentrosaurs were likely from the same illegal trading routes that that broker used, and then were released into the wild by Dr Sarr

I don't think so most likely these kentrosauruses were made by someone else who managed to get a hold of kentrosaurus DNA through the dinosaur black market since through the Lockwood auction some DNA samples were sold In addition to the dinosaurs that were sold a few of wich had kentrosaurus DNA
