-Why is your channel called sophdoesnails? I started my Instagram account a couple years before RUclips, where I did loads of nail art. When I started youtube I wanted to keep the same name so I was easier to find! Nail videos are too difficult to film + I prefer makeup!

Cara MacDonald agree we need colorpop review but I was soooo disappointed that the prices on their website made no indication that I’d be charged customs fees on its arrival in the UK. I ended up paying £24 more for my £55 order 😡
Girlie Grey Geek yeh like once I ordered off of Kylie cosmetics and I knew there would be Custom fees but gurl I was not prepared to pay £30 on top of my $70 order. I try not to order off international websites but if I do I will ask one of my mums friends who live In America to get it shipped to them and then they send it cus customs will be cheaper that way

they are FINALLY here omg it took FOREVER! But thank you for sharing this with us! Might be getting a lot more than I expected! Update: was excited to try the foundation which they definitely have in a lot of shades over in the US, but as always, UK companies don't like to cater for all and Beauty Bay has only stocked 3 light shades, with 3 more light shades out of stock at the moment - thanks a bunch for not considering all, Beauty Bay!
London's Rock the milani foundation has all shades tho’ so i think it’s prolly that wet’n’wild doesn’t have deeper tones..??

Alex You can check the Wet n Wild official website and see how many shades they have there for foundation and concealer. Shame BeautyBay.

Does eye shadow primers actually work?
You could do one eye with primer and one eye without using different eyeshadow primers each day of the week
For example ~~~~|Monday too faced || Tuesday Revolution || Wednesday Wet n wild || Thursday NYX ||

I can tell you right off the bat : I can't even think of wearing eyeshadow without primer, other welcome to creasing-central! The wet'n'wild one is decent but not fantastic, same for NYX and revolution (like they do the job but honestly could wear for longer), the Urban decay one beats them all and has the longest staying power :) Concealer can work if you don't have particularly oily lids but I'd really recommend a primer any ways. I have dry skin but my lids get really oily (whyyyyyy?) so lemme tell you I've tried them all ;)

The revolution U.K. has items that the u.s. doesn’t have like the four new reloaded palettes, the fast base concealer, the chocolate violet palette etc...ordering from the U.K. to the u.s. is painful bc of the time difference if I have a question I have to wait what feels like forever which seems like forever when it’s really like around 24 hrs but when you’re trying to get a palette it’s there one second and gone the next. Shipping and handling is pretty cheap but when it does finally leave the u.k. FedEx plays games bc they’re meeting up w regular post to transfer the packages so they can be put in our box n not on the porch. Twice now FedEx got my hopes up and got me giddy about my deliveries only to not be delivered and delayed four days w an expected delivery each day till it was delivered. That was for two deliveries bc I didn’t get a response about combining shipping in time for them to do it. I want to try the fast base concealer especially after carmi’s review and yours but it’s gonna be two weeks 😩 lol I’ve got issues 😁💜

I bought it in the US and I loooooove it. It smells beautiful and melts into the skin so perfectly.
I have tried it and I did not like it at all. It is supoosed to be a dewy finish but your face just looks like you ran a marathon and you are sweating. Besides the shade on the packaging is nothing like the actual product. The shade that it showed on the packaging looked like mi skin color or even a little bit darker but when I put it on it was like 3 shades lighter than my actual skin color, i looked like a ghost!:(

Hi Soph, love the video! I was so happy to hear about Wet n Wild, but WHAT IS UP WITH BEAUTYBAY.COM??? Just visited the site and half of the foundations are out of stock, even as the most populair 10 pan eyeshadow palette, almost no highlighters... and so on.... I am so dissapointed 😔 sorry for the negativity but you had me sooo excited. BAD beautybay 😂
They had me disappointed too for stocking only few items, and the shade range they brought is ridiculous as well. I guess it was better to not bring it at all or bring full range of products.
