- 27th march 2019 the world lost two of the most genuine and talented musicians around. Her’s inspired us and continue to influence our work and attitude towards music more than most and that is something we will always cherish and be grateful for. We wanted to show our love for the music in the form of this cover, (in our opinion) one of their most beautiful songs. Please enjoy this and continue to love, discover or share the music of Her’s. Im back in 2023, its been a long time since we lost the 2 genuine and musicians R.I.P (thx for making this vid i been listening to it for quite a while).
This is what i needed during a time of pandemic crisis like this
I was in love with Her's (still am) and it devastated me upon knowing their passing. Listening to my favourite band making a cover of my favourite song is just so surreal and lovely. Thank you for making this happen. ❤ Our day, especially mine just got a little bit brighter.

i remember being devastated last year hearing the news. her’s was and still is one of my all-time favorites. so nice to know that fur (another all-time favorite) is remembering them through music
This cover is an emotional rollercoaster for me. What Once Was is the song that introduced me to Her's, and some time after their death I discovered Fur, the first band I allowed myself to be as obsessed with as with Her's. This song is like a strange overlapping of time and feelings.
It’s such a rarity to see two find two great artists, let alone one that covers the others song. I really miss Her’s but this is a great tribute.
Never related to a comment more. I’ve almost exclusively listened to her’s since their death and I can’t bring myself to listen to any other music. Fur and Aerial Pink are the only artists I can allow myself to listen to.

Wow what a coincidence. I've been really obsessed with their music these past couple of days for whatever reason and started learning "She Needs Him" on the guitar. Now FUR drops a cover of one of their songs? Man you never know what's gonna happen in life.

I had no idea Her's passed away until now. I discovered their music in 2018 and fell in love with it but i never kept up with the band. Their sound is so wonderfully distinct and unforgettable. It hurts to know ill never see them blow up, or to think of all the opportunities they missed out on or the music they had yet to make. I hope theyve found peace, rest easy Ste and Audin.
