I’m a security officer and I do some security work at a mall. Every night we have to check the riser rooms (we have 4) to make sure the room is at a temperature above freezing and the pressure in the system is set correctly.
Only pumps you would need to be concerned of is a fire pump and jockey pump, there will be panels on the wall to switch them off, I didn’t see either in this video, there isn’t a sprinkler pump, the control valves shut the water off coming from the city
