Underwater Ally was brewed with a bunch of oats & spelt, then hopped with Mosaic, Citra, and Ella for a super tropical, citrus, and grapefruity flavor & aroma. ⠀
⠀We can’t divulge all of the secrets about how this beer was made, but it may or may not involve summoning local wizards to cast a spell of protection upon Brewhalla and the surrounding area and for all who seek for the peaceful existence of our underwater ally. Maybe
MOSAIC - blueberry and tropical aromas, but is also known to have citrus, grassy, pine, spice, tangerine, papaya, rose, earthy, floral (blossoms), and bubble gum descriptors.
CITRA - peach, apricot, passion fruit, lemon, melon, and other tropical fruit flavors and aromas.
ELLA - tropical and grapefruit flavours
