Just wondering if doing the herbicide after it has already grown effects the money you get from the crops

If I remember correctly, you take a 2.5% hit in yield. To me, though, that's marginal compared to the hit you take if you don't address the weeds. If you spray for weeds after you plow, before you plant/seed, you don't take a hit
