They are remarkably similar, too similar for coincidence. I’m not sure if they’re the same exact person, but, time in the fog is very strange. It’s not linear, it’s almost arbitrary, since the Entity exists outside of reality. What if Vigo and Talbot are like two versions of the same person? Existing simultaneously, like a multiverse?

But I disagree since Talbot Grimes (I'll just call him Tal) found Vigo's old shack and found his research, but Vigo escaped from the enitity a long time ago so Tal was just following the steps of Vigo then he got addicted to the blight serum and then you know the rest (Lets just say he fell off 😆)
