I think she's a Contralto, most of her best singing (volume, resonance e fluidity) sits on the third octave and forth octave. She shows constance from E3 - C5 ; lower chest singing, there's no volume at all, higher than C5 and D5, her voice breaks, raspness is a sign that your vocal chords are working hard. She has a really great volume in her head voice too, so her best range sits on: E3 - D5 - G5. She has such a Metallic sound, typical of lower voices. Beautiful.

Still mezzo. If you want to know a real contralto listen to Nina Simone, Pearl Bailey. Contralto will struggle when belting notes above A4.
