    감사합니다! Were there any 예문 for 법도 하다? Or can I have some? 😆

      It can be used in the same way, or you can use other tenses of adjectives with it.

      @@GoBillyKorean I was also waiting for some example sentences of the 법도 하다 form because it seems to have a very different meaning from what you said. An unconfident possibility rather than a formal certainty/natural law. Could you provide some examples, perhaps? If this form is not as common though, then that's alright! Anyhow, thank you as always for your informative lesson!

      @@양지혜-i3h If you try to make an example, I can tell you if you're correct. You can use it with an adjective, just as I said in the other comment.

    At 5:00, why is it “아랫물이” rather than “아랫물도”?

    • @GoBillyKorean
      @GoBillyKorean  3 года назад +2

      It's a set idiom.

      아랫물이: ~이 is cause and effect relationship
      아랫물도: ~도 means also.
      1.윗물이 맑아야(cause) 아랫물이 맑다(effect)
      2.가는말이(cause) 고와야 오는말이(effect) 곱다
      =do favor then favor is coming
      3. 영어도 좋고 한국어도(also) 좋다 .
      =English is good and korean is also good.
      remember!
      ~이 ~~~ ~이 =cause and effect relationship
      ~~도= also

      @@탱클포도 '윗물이 맑아야 아랫물도 맑다', '가는 말이 고와야 오는 말도 곱다'도 다 맞습니다. 원인-결과와는 무관합니다.
