一個人隻身在海外已經踏入第十年，心中對家人和家鄉的思念，言語無法譬喻，在新冠狀病毒的肆虐之下，人心更是惶惶。唯有借鑒古人的智慧與經驗作為依靠，珍惜眼前人，把握當下的每一天，莫忘初衷，把中華傳統文化發揚光大到全世界！
【Su Wu the Shepherd ( a true story happened more than 2000 years ago in ancient China) 】
This year has marked the tenth-year since I have been living overseas. Words simply cannot explain how I have been missing my beloved family and my hometown. Under the ravages of the coronavirus, panic and fear creep into us. I often read about Chinese literature and came across the true story of SU Wu in ancient China. The wisdom and teachings of the ancient sages and saints inspired me. It allows me to self reflect during COVID 19 pandemic. I learned to cherish the people around me and every moment in my life. I will never forget my passion, and in my case, to help to share with you the wisdom and virtues of our ancient Chinese forefathers.

十九世纪末，东北爆发了大规模鼠疫，滨城华人伍连德不远万里回到祖国帮助当地人民治理疫情，以隔离方案为主结合中西药对症下药。现在哈尔滨还有伍连德小学和伍连德路。
