Great play coping with losers. Encourages making the contract by being brave enough to risk the finesses in order to win. Thanks for showing us this model hand.
I love learning when you have to take a risk as it’s the only way your contract makes- like especially that deep finesse was one I may not have caught myself!
Why not win 3rd round of clubs with 9 in hand? Your line is about 12% - wouldn't you often play for 1 down in this situation but also note that the sacrifice is phantom. 4S goes off.

When to settle for minimising loss rather than chasing the low odds win?
Jack thank you. Great !!
Most fascinating
Thank You - just great!
How does my partner know the difference between when I bid Unusual 2NT and regular 2NT?
Unusual 2NT is always an overcall when the opponent opens.
Unless you wanted to bid game in clubs, couldn't you have bid 4C first & only bid game if overcalled?
Bidding 4C allows room for potential cuebids for EW to decide that they can win 5S. Jumping to 5C shuts down their communication.

Why play the Ace of spades over your king?
Sorry got mixed up with W and North
Wouldn’t your partner think you have 20/22 points with 2nt opening
It wasnt an opening bid it was an overcall showing 5/5 in minors
