You don't need to call them by their hero names. Just call them with what you are comfortable with. I always refer to Bakugo as Bakugo or sometimes King Explosion murder. And i always call todoroki as Icy Hot because Bakugo nicknamed him that.
Bakugo does a lot of pun which looks extremely smart in japanese but extremely cringe in English. Bakusatsuo is one of his puns. He later does something similar in season 3 which the sub totally butchered and annihilated. The eng dub and sub should have improvised these 😭

"Deku" may also come from a Japanese verb "dekiru", which means to be able to do something. In Izuku's case, that means he _can_ be a hero, too.
