But carry it with you so you can look at it several times a day. Think about it in a cheerful relaxed and positive way each morning when you get up. Look at it every time you can during the day and right before going to bed at night. As you look at it remember you MUST BECOME WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT. It's yours really the moment you write it down. 2) STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT IT IS YOU FEAR. Each time a fear thought comes , replace it with a positive image of your goal. For 30 days you must take control of your mind. 3) Don't concern yourself with how you will achieve it, is not your problem! Universe has you. Do this for 30 days !!
