Biden: What's happening in Gaza 'is not genocide'

On Monday, President Joe Biden stated that Israel's actions in Gaza during the war do not constitute "genocide." He also criticized the International Criminal Court's efforts to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Israeli officials. Biden made these remarks while strongly defending Israel in its conflict with Hamas during an event in the Rose Garden celebrating Jewish American Heritage Month.
