Why is he fatalistic? Because it takes the power equivalence of _eight Robot Masters_ to power him up. Even for a killing robot, who would want to supply that much?

He was modeled after Mega Man, the result of that choice. So... did Justice Man ever _really_ have a choice? Was he artificially inclined to use his provided abilities for the expectations of others? Or, if he was capable of declining, would he be labelled "rogue" or "defective" for doing so? Getting damaged by Shock Man allowed him to ponder such things... and whether it was truly _just_ to say any robot in that situation has free will.

Even Megaman Unlimited (which is a very well-known Megaman fangame) doesnt have many remixes. Perhaps most remixers dont feel like wasting time remixing fanmade themes. Just... FUCKING WHY? WHY?!?!??! MEGAMAN ROCK FORCE HAS SUCH GREAT MUSIC
The fact he has his own battle theme makes you belive he indeed *is* the final boss. Then the plot twist happens.

I never liked the stage because of how empty it felt. I never realised that was the idea!
