I think that the worrying about the thing helps you accumulate enough experience so that when the worrysome thing happens, you can look back at what you've accumulated and decide for yourself what that accumulation means. I agree it can be a downward spiral but in most cases it can also be a key

How the hell is this girl single? Funny af, smart and beautiful. What she said on grief is 100% right. It's good to hear things like that when you are living through hard times... Then you remember that with anything "negative" in life, you always gotta get the positives out of those situations.
Like 7 years ago my friends dad died and he had him cremated. We were talking to him about how we could get him to be with him forever. And I suggested him putting some of the ashes in a gravity bong bowl of weed and smoke it. So he did. And now his dad's inside him forever

Strange how back in 90s before podcast and social media he was around but never got to enjoy Bobby Lee until past few years now you are on top my friend
