If this happened irl Shisui could win because he's faster and more agile then Sasuke. Also having better genjutsu. Sasuke could also win because ya know he had to be op to match Naruto. Lol

Can kotomatsukami work on the rinnegan? If not then sasuke takes a easy win, cuz the rinnegan is immune to even the infinite tsyukiyomi so if it is immune to koto then there is no way shisui can beat sasuke
