It would be interesting to see the difference in results if there was two semi finals and not 10 automatic qualifiers for this year. So many great songs didn't make the final!!
It's funny how the the last song of the show from Iceland was basically a parody of all the other songs - and most of Europe didn't get it. I think the actress behind Silvia Night deliberately entered Eurovision to make fun of its cheesy-ness.

anyone else find it weird how almost all of the weaker songs of the entire year were drawn to perform super early together in the semifinal? (specifically from bulgaria to belarus)
