So many beautiful 80s textures. Juno's two oscillator cousin. Such a wonderful machine. The same soul lives in the GR-700 guitar synth and the MSK-30 rack unit. From the factory the design is a little more tame, but recalibration to the wild side is very possible. This synth is a monster which hides in plain sight.
You really know how to get the most out of that synth. It has a lush, early 80's vibe and sounds awesome. It's a shame it really needs the programmer to get the most out of it but it has it where it counts. Nice demo as always (some choice sounds).
The Roland JX-3P Synthesizer from the year 1983 is a fantastic analog synth with the typical 80s sound. Here can you find the full JX-3P playlist with single sound demos and one synth demo tracks. Enjoy. The JX-3P playlist ----> ruclips.net/p/PLe08Lbpy8pPbP4nDTixpdCwIJEwtfpmYw
Such a great sounding synth, never knew of this one before until I saw it on your channel a while ago. Still can’t understand how this one slip me by. Was it over shadowed by the Jupiters and junos ? Love the sounds of this, but I find Roland never disappoint in this area. Keep meaning to read up more on this synth and what songs it was used in by groups. Once again you blow me away with your skills and is always a pleasure to watch your channel and can’t wait until what you show us next, maybe the emulator 2 lol. Top channel by a top man and thanks for sharing your beautiful collection with us, it’s very appreciated and thank you.
Thank you so much for your time Michael. I appreciate it a lot. The JX3p is a downgrade Jupiter8. But in the shadow. A very versatile synthesizer with the typical classic 80s sound.
Was soll uns diese klasse Demo sagen: 1.
I like the DCOs in the JX3P better but I prefer the filter sound of the 106 by a large margin. The 106 has better bass too. Chorus is very similar between both. Overall the 3P is more versatile and also has an amazing poly sequencer. The 106 will do less but more magical imo.
@@falangistavaleroso9689 of course but there's drop in modern replacements for the chorus chips if they get too bad. BTW the JX-3P gas exactly the same chorus chips as the 106, just with a different dialled depth.
How I miss these good vibes! However they've already become evergreen.
Thank you for your time

agree with you Peter.
A wonderful synth with a wide range of classic analog sounds.
Thank you for your time

My first synth. 30 years ago this Xmas!
Happy anniversary 🎹✨🙌

Versatile bit of kit.👍

This synth was used by Fabián Bonn in the Festival de Viña del Mar (Chile) of the argentinian band #SodaStereo in February 1987.

Ein sehr vielseitiger Synthesizer. Der kleine Bruder des Jupiter 8
My first synth, and still my favourite of them.
Never bothered with the pg200...couldn't afford it, so i learned to program without
Yes you can easy program without programmer. Great synth. Thank you for watching
Fantastic job!!!
Thanks a lot
¡Excellent!
thank you!
Great job! Спасибо!
Спасибо мой друг.🎹👍
C'est bon ce son
🎹✨🙌
precisamente hoy ha sacado roland el intrumento virtual de este sinte
Yes 🎹👍
Your synths are retro of course. But are your effects gear and sequencers retro too ? What effectors and sequencers is this?
I use Roland SRV2000 and some old EHX pedals
Alphavile and a nod to Rick from the Cars....
🎹✨🙌
Is it true or false that the 3p is not equipped with cross modulation?
You have sync and XMod
How much for the vocoder?
Vocoder?
@@retrosound72 in the beginning.
106 or jx 3p? choose one
Not easy. More versatile is the JX. But only with programmer. The Juno has a deeper sound
i have never handled a jx, had 3 106 and never convinced me, i want the 60.@@retrosound72

I never liked my 106, but the filter, yes. The chorus is noisy as hell. @@autoy
