There’s a rule for the rich and another for everyone else. I’ll be surprised if any justice is served.
While you may be right it’s less clear when it’s two rich parties fighting against each other. Remember too that the judge can issue a huge fine to Channel7 for contempt of court to send a message to them and others that lying to courts has huge consequences
Let's not kid ourselves. Even in the unlikely event that someone from channel 7 is arrested, charged, sent to trial, and found guilty of a criminal offence, nobody from channel 7 will ever see even one day in prison.
The system is designed to protect the rich and to punish all who dissent against them.
As soon as this sort of thing happens you send in the boys in black if you're serious.
Charged with what ? What evidence is there of a crime ? You should have watched proceedings. Clearly the judge was unimpressed with the witness and his testimony.

Absolutely. I'd be guessing he has relied on using drugs etc to subdue his victims many times before. Either way, he should be off the streets These guys are always serial offenders. Shame the cops haven't accepted that.

This saga has to have its own mini series. If the intial allegations weren't so serious then working dog productions would make a good fist of it given the narcissistic characters and the farcical posturing from all parties.

I’d argue the justice here is very good. He’s hearing the evidence and he is holding those to account. Pity some judges aren’t as rigorous with the law and the facts in my opinion

Us common people would be in gaol for far less . These people are untouchable , the court case is all a show . There will be no punishment , and the closest thing to it would be a fine , well within their budget .
The truth is , the judges , lawyers , politicians and mainstream media all drink in the same bars , dine in the same restaurants and their kids all attend the same schools . They all look out for each other . They don’t send each other to Gaol .

How can you find out how many houses politicians own? I know it’s hard finding out about LNP woman as a few have failed to disclose but Linda who would’ve previously been in Defence housing is now claiming she had to mortgage her house for Brittany Higgins case. She first took office in 2014 and voted out 2022.
